Let's talk about the reality. Coaching is not magic. I have no wands in my briefcase. More than that, as your coach, I will not make changes for you in your business.
The success of the coaching will be up to you. As your coach, I will help you brainstorm, I will bring my expertise in business ideas, planning, goal setting, and accountability. I will stick by you and your business as you make those changes and I will be completely devoted to your success. However, you will be the one who will have to take the actions decided upon in the coaching. You will be accountable for completing homework assignments and seeing plans through. Not everyone is ready for coaching, but believe me - when you are - you won't believe what you can do.
